Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refund the software support subscription fees to a client if our tech support expert will fail to fix the primary issue of his/her system within 15 days from the date of payment. No refund claim is entertained after 15 days of subscription.

If our technical support expert has resolved one or more issues, the fees charged for subscription service will not be refunded.

We shall agree to refund full money to customers if we find the claim genuine after thorough evaluation of refund cases. Plus, we produce supporting documents like voice logs, emails and call details as proofs of showing our commitment of continuously helping our customers to address issues within minutes.

We take immediate action to find out the reason behind the withdrawal from our services and try to fix the issue with an appropriate solution. Still, if we fail to provide complete satisfaction to users, they are eligible to request for refund. Customers can opt out for the services within the seven days of undertaking the services.

Before taking any conclusion regarding the customers' refund request, we look into the matter and the reason behind the cancellation from our services. After a deduction of service charges, registration charges, etc., clients' refund will be directly credited to the credit card or to the same mode of transfer.

For one time only subscription plans, customer will be eligible for refund only when:

Customer have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem, but the problem remains unresolved within that day.
